We offer a wide range of party rentals, including photo back drops, prosecco walls, sweet treat structures, balloon arches, LED signs and more. We cater to all types of events such as weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and festivals.
2. How far in advance should I book my rental items?
We recommend booking your party rental items as soon as possible, particularly during peak seasons (spring and summer). For large events, booking 3-6 months in advance ensures availability, but we also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our stock.
3. Do you offer delivery and set up services?
Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and collection services. Our team will handle the setup of the rental items at your event location and collect them after the event has concluded. Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse in Durley, if the venue is further an extra fee will be added to the booking.
4. How do I know if the items I need will fit my venue?
Our team is happy to provide advice on size and layout. You can send us your venue’s dimensions, and we can recommend the best options.
5. Are your rental items clean and well-maintained?
Yes, we take pride in ensuring that all our rental items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before being delivered to your event. We maintain high-quality standards for all of our equipment but please be mindful that we aim to be eco-friendly where possible and therefore some of our items have more of a rustic feel to them as have been upcycled or made from reclaimed wood.
6. Can I rent items for a one-day event?
Yes, our rentals can be rented for one-day events, weekend rentals, or longer durations depending on your needs. We offer flexible rental terms to accommodate various event schedules.
7. Do you require a deposit to reserve rental items?
Yes, a deposit is usually required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of event and the items you’re renting. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before the day of delivery.
8. Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy depends on the timing of the cancellation. Typically, cancellations made within 1 month of the event may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
9. Are your rentals insured?
Yes, all our rental equipment is covered by insurance. However, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions, as damage or loss to items may incur additional fees depending on the circumstances.

11. Can I pick up my rental items instead of having them delivered?

14. Do you deliver nationwide across the UK?
We offer delivery across Hampshire. Delivery is free within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse in Durley. Between 16-25 miles we charge £30 and any distances further than 25 miles will be quoted individually.
15. Do you offer discounts if hiring more than one item?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount when hiring more than one item.
16. Can the products be moved?
We ask that our larger items stay where they have been set up to avoid damages. We also ask that you do not try to clean items yourself to ensure the correct products are used.
